We encourage all stakeholders to ensure a service ticket is logged with our service desk prior to any support taking place to ensure that remote support progress is tracked and a timeous response is provided for your service request.
This download will allow for TeamViewer to be installed and appear in our address book for unattended access. We generally use this version of TeamViewer with all our Service Level Agreement clients and servers.
This download will allow for TeamViewer to run once off and not be installed. Once the application has been run, the TeamViewer ID will need to be provided to us in order to log in remotely and provide support.
